Chelsea should sign new players, not 'new' manager

In my opinion, installing new manager at Stamford Bridge is not a good conclusion. As far as I concern, Chelsea performance was became quite dissappointing after Mourinho and Steve Clarke left.

Ancelotti 1st season was superb when he won back Premier League trophy to Stamford Bridge but he was sacked on his 2nd season due to inconsistent performance even though Chelsea finished second behind arch rival and champion Manchester United.

And now, Andre Villas-Boas, who won UEFA Cup 2010/11 with Porto came with the same mission. To win and bring back trophy to Chelsea. Some thing that everyone in Chelsea shirt really wish for.

However, sacking AVB will be a big mistake. Abramovic should given AVB gap and space for him to breathe.

For me, it is simple. Abramovic should invest in new players. Chelsea defending is questioning every week. Week in week out, Chelsea hardly get a clean sheet compared to Mourinho era. Departure of Carvalho seem like given a huge empty space at Chelsea defence. Arrival of David Luiz yet to give a huge impact. In fact, he been criticise by Man United legends, Gary Neville to see him like he plays a Play Station.

Offensive side, Chelsea lack of finishing power. GBP 50 million striker, Fernando Torres is inconsistent. For me, AVB should bring more players like Gerrard, Silva, Ash Young or Fabregas into the squad. Torres is a natural striker. Players like this love to score but he cant created chance for himself or anyone. They need a good supply ball from midfield to score.

Lastly, AVB should bring his magic back to Chelsea. Partnering Drogba and Torres is not a good example. Sturridge is quite fancy and love to score but not to create change to teammate. They need 3-4 players like Mata in the team.

I cried for you, Harimau Muda......

In my opinion, decision FAM to send HM to Slovakia is another key of success. In other word, BERBALOI. The tempo and experience in Slovakia made our players more confident, brave, strong mentality and more importantly is more consistent.

I'm quite surprise with OKS decision on Final SEA Games line up last Monday but I really confident that OKS know what he did that time.

I hope FAM will continue to send players/squad to Europe nations. Your investment worth it!.

What is wrong with Tevez?

Last night, we saw a very disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour from former Man City captain, Carlos Tevez. Liverpool legend, Graeme Souness disbelieve on what he saw as "disgrace to football".

Manager Roberto Mancini was visibly upset when he spoke after the match and admitted that Tevez had refused to play as a substitute, with the Italian later adding that "for me, he is finished."

It was clear that a row had taken place on the City bench around the hour mark, when Edin Dzeko was replaced by Nigel De Jong with the visitors trailing Bayern 2-0.

"It was half an hour to go, as I remember it, when he asked him to go on - why would a player not want to go on to help his team-mates out? How selfish can you get? Because he didn't start? How petulant can you get?"

"The owner or whoever is running Manchester City now has to help the manager and get him [Tevez] as far away as possible from the club. It's not about money with Man City, but he is one bad apple.

"He's making noises about wanting to go and every time he opens his mouth it's a different reason for wanting to leave Man City - he's a disgrace to football.

However, Tevez replies that he was not refused to play last night.

And now it up to top management to decide the future of Tevez who many times wants to leave Eastland and is homesick. Whether Tevez will definitely 'left' the club and play with his emo, only just a matter of time to tell.

Torres will get better after his horrible missed.

There is nothing much regretted than registered his 1st goal this season. Torres horrible missed that could be a turning point for Chelsea comeback in a thrilling 3-1 match at Old Trafford last Sunday will be forgotten by most of the Blues fan after saw Torres finally found the nets after almost more than 10 games without  a goal.

Torres's beautiful brilliant chipped past United starlet David de Gea gave a massive relief for the Chelsea's fan who is always waiting for that moments. Although, Chelsea lost that match, most of the Blues fan believe Torres will never stopped scoring once he found the scoring tempo.
Torres was much much improved during that match that gave a huge hope to the fans that he will get better and better after this. His great pace created so much threats to the young United defenders and many times he managed to skip passed Johnny Evans and Phil Jones defensive wall.

Injury to Drogba only leave Torres upfront and this is a good opportunity for Torres to shine and forget about his past. Swansea must be watch out this man when they travel to Stamford Bridge this Saturday.
